006--SizzleRock2013.jpg - largeThe specially selected stones are non-porous and non-toxic.  They are heated to 400 Degrees Celsius in an industrial oven. While the stones are heating, the side dishes and condiments are prepared and placed onto the tray. 

 

Once the stone is heated to the required temperature, it is carefully removed from the oven with our stainless steel shovel and placed on the steel plate on the tray ready to serve.

 

The stone will remain hot for up to 45 minutes allowing plenty of time for the meal to be cooked by your clientele, just the way they like it.
